SaaS Sales Executive (French Speaking)

We are seeking a driven and experienced SaaS Sales Executive with native or fluent French language skills to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in bringing Sky's solutions to the French-speaking market.
What You'll Do
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and qualify potential clients in the French-speaking market through strategic research, networking, targeted outreach, and collaboration with marketing, focusing on businesses that can significantly benefit from Sky's AI solutions.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Own and manage the entire sales process from initial contact and qualification through to negotiation and closing deals. This includes conducting discovery calls, delivering tailored product demonstrations, addressing technical and business questions, and managing contract negotiations.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of prospective clients' business processes, specific pain points (especially around document handling, data extraction, or workflow automation if relevant to Sky's product), and strategic objectives to effectively map Sky's solutions to their needs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, positioning yourself and Sky as a valuable strategic partner.
- Product & Market Expertise: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Sky's platform, its underlying technology (including AI/ML concepts relevant to the product), capabilities, value proposition, and the competitive landscape. Stay informed on industry trends relevant to Sky's market.
- Compelling Presentations & Demonstrations: Create and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value, ROI, and competitive advantages of Sky's solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Meticulously manage your sales pipeline using our CRM (PipeDrive), maintain accurate records of sales activities, and provide reliable sales forecasts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sky's Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Provide valuable market feedback from prospect interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies. Ensure smooth handovers to Customer Success or implementation teams post-sale.
- Account Growth (Potential): Nurture relationships with existing clients to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities for additional Sky modules or services, contributing to long-term customer value and revenue growth.
What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)
- Proven SaaS Sales Experience: Demonstrable track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, preferably selling complex software solutions or platforms.
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent French speaker with excellent professional communication skills (written and verbal). Strong English proficiency is also required for internal communication and collaboration.
- Sales Cycle Mastery: Strong understanding and practical application of SaaS sales methodologies and best practices, from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate complex concepts (including technical aspects of Sky's AI) clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Relationship & Rapport Building: Natural ability to build trust, establish credibility quickly, and foster lasting professional relationships.
- CRM Proficiency: Experienced in using CRM systems (specifically PipeDrive) for pipeline management, activity tracking, and reporting.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and understand technical products, grasp customer requirements, and engage in technical discussions when needed.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills focused on achieving mutually beneficial agreements and closing deals effectively.
- Drive & Results-Orientation: Highly motivated, proactive, and resilient with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
